1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading or using the Smart TV Universal Remote app (the "App"), these terms will automatically apply to you - you should make sure therefore that you read them carefully before using the App. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this App.

2. License and Scope of Use

We grant you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install and use the App strictly in accordance with the terms of this Agreement. This license is for personal, non-commercial use only.

You agree not to:

• Decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, attempt to derive the source code of, or decrypt the App.
• Use the App for any illegal purpose or in violation of any local, state, national, or international law.
• Exploit the App in any unauthorized way whatsoever, including but not limited to, by trespass or burdening network capacity.

3. Premium Subscriptions and Purchases

The App offers optional Premium subscriptions that unlock additional features (e.g., unlimited remote actions, ad-free experience, premium themes).

• Payment: Payment will be charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at the confirmation of purchase.
• Subscription Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period.
• Cancellation: You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your account settings on the App Store or Google Play after purchase.
• Free Trials: Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription, where applicable.

4. Third-Party Services and Content

The App may display, include, or make available third-party content (including data, information, applications, and other products services) or provide links to third-party websites or services (e.g., streaming apps on your TV).

You acknowledge and agree that we shall not be responsible for any Third-Party Services, including their accuracy, completeness, timeliness, validity, copyright compliance, legality, decency, quality, or any other aspect thereof.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided to you "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" and with all faults and defects without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, we expressly disclaim all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, with respect to the App.

Note: Smart TV Universal Remote is an independent application and is NOT affiliated with, endorsed by, or associated with Roku, Samsung, LG, Google, Apple, Sony, or any other TV manufacturer or platform mentioned in the App. All product and company names are trademarks or registered trademarks of their respective holders.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall we be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages whatsoever (including, but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, loss of data, or other information, for business interruption, for personal injury) arising out of or in any way related to the use of or inability to use the App.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will make reasonable efforts to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
